Terms of use
Last updated November 2, 2026. These terms govern use of https://tryngumpre.cfd/.
Agreement
By using the tryngumpre website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. tryngumpre is the publishing name for this guidebook. Contact is [email protected], +1 (212) 555-0146, 450 Lexington Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10017, United States. The site explains qualitative marketing research methods for business readers. It is not a contract for consulting, and opening a page does not create a client relationship.
Educational purpose and limits
The guides, glossary, and notes describe interview practice, observation, friction patterns, committee mapping, and positioning synthesis. They are general education. They are not legal advice, financial advice, or a promise about your pipeline. The claude standard used across the pages is an editorial rule for evidence. Following it does not guarantee revenue, win rate, or any other commercial result. tryngumpre does not warrant that any method will be representative of a market, and the pages say so repeatedly because that limit is part of the subject matter.
You are responsible for how you apply the methods, including consent from people you interview, confidentiality you owe your own customers, and compliance with employment and privacy law in your workplace. Examples in the guides are illustrative scenes, not case studies of identifiable companies.
Acceptable use
You may read the pages, link to them, and quote brief passages with attribution to tryngumpre and the page URL on tryngumpre.cfd. You may not copy entire guides onto another site, sell the text, or present the pages as your own research product. You may not attempt to break the site, probe signup.php beyond ordinary form use, overload the host, or scrape the library in order to republish it. You may not use the contact addresses to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk mail.
Automated collection that ignores robots.txt is not allowed. The build directory and the signup endpoint are operational paths, not content for redistribution.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, glossary wording, and original graphics notes are owned by tryngumpre or used with permission. Names of third-party products that appear in ordinary English descriptions remain the property of their owners. Nothing on the site grants a license to use a third party’s marks. Feedback you email may be used to correct or improve the guides without any duty to pay you, and without any duty to implement the suggestion.
Notes list
The optional email form sends your address to signup.php. Joining means you want occasional research notes. You can leave the list by writing to [email protected] from the subscribed address. We may decline or remove an address that bounces, that was submitted by someone else, or that is used to abuse the form. Delivery is not guaranteed. A missed letter is not a breach of these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, tryngumpre disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the pages will be error free, that a method will fit your category, or that a positioning line you write from these guides will be lawful in your regulated industry. You should have qualified counsel review claims you publish to your own customers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, tryngumpre will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site. If a liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars, because access to these pages is free. Some states do not allow certain limits. In those states our limits apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
New York law governs these terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York County, New York, or the federal courts for the Southern District of New York, are the exclusive venue, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where the law of your state gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim closer to home. If a court holds one provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the revised terms. The current privacy notice is the privacy policy, and storage of the banner choice is described in the cookie policy. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
